Who we are (and who we are not)
My Help is a Brazilian development team, not a US-based company. We work with clients in the US 100% online, in English, with 6–8 hours of overlap with the East Coast. If your contract requires US-based engineers, on-site work or a US security clearance, we are not the right fit, and we would rather tell you now.
What we offer is a small team that talks to you directly, writes the scope down before starting and builds software around the way your operation already works.
What we build for logistics companies
- Freight quote flows: shippers describe the load, carriers or your team reply, and every quote is recorded in one place instead of phone calls and spreadsheets.
- Shipment and load dashboards fed by your own data, spreadsheets or a carrier API when the provider offers one.
- Customer and carrier portals with logins: order status, documents, invoices and messages.
- Internal tools that replace spreadsheets for rates, lanes, documents and team tasks.
- Integrations with payments, email, CRM, ERP or WhatsApp through their APIs.
What we do not do
- We do not sell an off-the-shelf TMS, ELD hardware or EDI network services.
- Integrations with a TMS, ELD or EDI provider depend on that provider's API and documentation. We review them first and only commit to them in a written scope.

How it works
We start by mapping your current process: who requests, who approves, which data goes where. Then you get a written scope, timeline and price in US dollars. The project can be fixed-scope or hourly, as agreed in the proposal. You follow progress through preview links and calls in your business hours.
