How it works for agencies
- Your client, your relationship: you stay the main point of contact, and we keep all project information confidential. As stated in our contract, a small “Developed by My Help” credit stays on the site.
- Clear scope: each project gets a written scope, timeline and price in USD.
- Your time zone: Brazil is UTC−3, with 6–8 hours of overlap with the US East Coast.
Prices
Start from our public packages. For ongoing work, we can agree on an hourly rate or a monthly volume.
Guarantee & terms
- Revisions: revisions and adjustments are agreed in the proposal.
- Support: support and bug fixes are included in the monthly maintenance plan.
- Payment: payment in USD, agreed in the proposal.
- Code ownership: website code belongs to you. For custom software, the custom code is yours after full payment; third-party libraries keep their own licenses. Websites carry a small “Developed by My Help” credit.
- Confidentiality: your project information is kept confidential.
